Our state of the art High Efficiency Washer / Extractor Machines are designed to maximize cleaning with a minimum of water usage. They extract all excess water to reduce the drying time needed. Water is a precious commodity and should not be wasted. However, there is no way to eliminate the water from the laundry process. Our machines are designed to clean with low water levels, low suds, and maximum water extraction. You save drying time.

Our Wash always has the following Pre-Soak Wets the clothes, softens and loosens the dirt. Wash Cycle repeatedly drops the soiled clothes from the top of the drum to the blades below and literally beats the dirt out of the clothes. In the meantime, the detergent eliminates the water tension to dissolve grease and dirt better. It also encapsulates the dirt to separate it from the clothes. First Rinse Removes the dirt and soap from the clothes Final Rinse Removes any remaining detergent Spin Cycle Extracts the water from your clothes at high speed. Your clothes come out damp not wet

Oversized Dryers allow for maximum air flow to your clothes so they dry fast. Short drying times at lower heat keep your clothes from overheating and scorching.

Our free soaps are phosphate and hydrocarbon free. They are green ECO-Friendly products and are especially formulated for washing machines. Detergents are low sudsing but high cleaning products. Too many suds and/or too much water act as cushions when your clothes drop in the drum, so the dirt is not dislodged. Our water and suds levels are kept low to give maximum pounding and maximum washing power. Our electrical energy use for both drying and washing is as low as is possible to achieve with current technology. Our water is heated on demand by instant hot boilers no tanks and no wasted water.

After the dirt is made wet by the water, the dirt must be pounded out of the clothes by dropping from the top of the drum to the bottom. Too much water and the clothes float and stay dirty.

To remove all of the detergent and encapsulated dirt from the clothes, we use extra water.

To many suds act as an air filled cushion when the clothes drop from the top of the drum so the dirt stays in.

Overloading a washer is counter productive because the clothes needs to drop from the top of the drum and get pounded clean. Extra clothes acts like a pillow and prevents dirt removal by pounding. Overloading a dryer prevents air from circulating to carry away the water

Yes! Our 60lb. machine can accommodate your large objects.

Large dryers allow more hot air to circulate through your wet clothing so it dries faster.

Conventional dry cleaning uses PERC to get clothes clean. PERC is a dangerous chemical, a hydrocarbon like gasoline or diesel fuel, that must be completely removed from you clothing after cleaning. Fumes are extremely dangerous and must not leak into the air we breath. Perc fumes can kill you.

Green dry cleaning gets your clothes clean without using PERC. There are several kinds of green dry cleaning available. CO2, Wet, and Silicone are the most popular. We believe that silicone , which is made from sand, is the most green of the 3 processes.

Yes and No. For DELUX SERVICE we will sort your laundry into color and white loads. If you have garments that need special care please put them into a separate mesh bag inside you main laundry bag. There are 3 WDF services to choose from. Not all of the steps described below will apply to your service. Read the description for each service We Weigh your laundry to get an accurate weight always. Separate into colors, whites, delicates(if instructed) Remove the bag of delicate items if you include a separate bag of delicates in your main laundry bag. Delicates are washed separately. There may be an additional charge for delicates We contact you to tell you the total charge and request payment. and discuss any problem items Pre-spot for stains. Your laundry is Washed, Dried, Smoothed then Folded Your Laundry Bag is washed with your color wash always. All items are smoothed, socks are matched, underwear is folded All folded items are grouped. Then each group is wrapped in cello wrap to keep them neat. The cello wrapped groups are place into your laundry bag and returned to you

We have 3 levels of WFD service available to fit every pocketbook and preference. FLUFF ONLY DELUXE PREMIER See the descriptions of each service in the following FAQ's

This is the most economical WDF service available. Your clothes is Weighed, Sorted for color and whites, Washed and Dried. The dry clothes is fluffed and smoothed out and silmilar items are grouped. The entire group is then rolled into a tube or folded together to avaoid wrinkling and placed into your laundry bag. Underwear, socks, small items are placed into the bag unsorted and not smoothed. If you placed these items into a mesh bag everything will return to you in the bag.

This is the most popular WDF service. First your laundry is weighed. You will be called to confirm your order. Then we sort into colors and whites. If your laundry includes Delicate Items that you would like washed separately please indicate that on your order. There is an additional charge of $2.50 for the extra washer if we wash separately and $2.50 for the extra dryer We do not turn your outer garments inside out as in PREMIER SERVICE. You should do that at home if you like. We pretreat stains. Please mark stains so we do not miss them and let us know what the stain is? Small items like socks, underwear, bras, are placed into a mesh bag. Your clothes is washed dried fluffed and hand smoothed. The folded clothes are grouped into stacks of similar items and cello wrapped to keep them from wrinkling. The stacks are placed into your laundry bag.

In addition to the DELUXE WFD services you get the following special attention for all regular and delicate items. All items are scanned for stains and pre-spotted All collars will be Pre-washed to remove oils and dirt All items are turned inside out , zippered and buttoned All delicates are seperated and placed into a mesh bag Unless instructed otherwise, Delicates will be placed into a mesh bag and be washed with the whites. Then put into their own machine to dry on a delicate setting. If instructed delicates will be washed in their own machine There is an additional charge of $2.50 for this service Your clothes is washed dried fluffed,smoothed out and folded The folded clothes are grouped into stacks of similar items and cello wrapped to keep them from wrinkling. The stacks are placed into your laundry bag.

We will bend over backwards to make you happy. If we can not satisfy you we will refund your money

We have A Digital Photo printing Kiosk for your convenience. Upload your digital pictures to the kiosk, select the size and quantity of prints that you want, pay the attendant for the fotos they will be delivered to the store the next day.
